On Wednesday, 15th October 2025, Tano North Municipal Assembly led by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Pius Opoku, together with Nananom and Newmont Ghana Ltd – Ahafo North, to cut the sod to commence the construction of a three-bedroom doctors’ bungalow, five mechanized boreholes, and the rehabilitation of the Tanoso Healthcare Center to transform it into a modern-day care facility in the Tano North Municipality.
He expressed his profound gratitude to His Excellency, the President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, for spearheading the resetting agenda. He added that the project contractors were tasked to ensure the completion of the project within the stipulated timeframe and great quality.
